Born near Louisville, KY

Parents died of smallpox when she was 10 after which she lived with her grandparents. After her grandmother's death, Regina was packed off to a girls' school in California. Her Grandfather believes this will give his granddaughter the advantages and platform from which to lead a successful life.


Regina is a little short for her age and rather thin. She has long dark hair and dark eyes. She is initially shy with new people, but once you get to know her, she's fun-loving and has a great sense of humor. She's a good student but not one of the best. She has a talent for music and learned to play the spinet as a child. Now, at Miss Porter's School, she takes piano lessons and is excelling at them.
